need a 12 volt and 5 volt battery combo?

i use a car starter battery for things where i need both in one handy unit.
the 12 volt end will deliver hundreds of amps, so put a fuse in the lead of the 12 (11.8 volt) lead.
this would prevent a dangerous short circuit.
