Nand command standardization

Hello Guys,
We are designing the generic driver for Nand. We have seen that the large page Nand have same command set, bad block status location and read Id format. My question is whether there exists any standard for these parameters?

I have seen ONFI standards, but none of the data sheets mention that they conform to ONFI standard but still the above mentioned features are common.
