Did you ever find this part? I'm facing the same question with an almost identical circuit, but nobody has fusible resistors in stock (closest is Mouser with a 12 week lead time).

How about looking at the opposite side?

If its in series with a load; its probably less than 1R or not much more. If there are outputs less than 3.3V, a 12R bleed resistor would make more sense.

 

Digikey had no fusible resistors in stock when I checked. Could you post a screenshot?

When I said "almost identical" I mean the circuit is almost identical in spec and purpose and layout. It seems likely the resistor spec is similar; I certainly have no better pointers than this thread. In my case all bands were obliterated.
