Hello. I am required to find the solution for the circuit or if anyone can suggest some converter name for this purpose:

From current sensor I recieve AC voltage signal with 0-225 mV range, and on the output it is required to have mA range DC signal.

Best regards, and thanks for the help.

hi k98,
Welcome to AAC.
You require a Precision Rectifier followed by a Voltage to Current converter.
For a 225mVac input, what mA DC current output do expect.?

hi k,
For a 0mA to 20mA output, indicates an AC of 0v to 225mV, NOT just 225mAac

Also what is the 20mA load resistance?

I think there is an easy answer that we cannot see because we don't understand the entire project.
What current sensor? That will help us understand much better.
on the output it is required to have mA range DC signal
What is the next circuit that receives the DC current? Is there an IC that uses the current?

Use a precision rectifier circuit to convert the low voltage AC to DC.
From here you can convert the DC volts to 0-20mA current loop. You can use a purely analog solution with op-amps or you can use a 0-20mA IC such as AD420.

While nailing down the details, does 0 ma = 0 mv in and 20 ma = 255 mv in?

Do you want any negative voltage to be turned into a negative current, or do you want a precision full wave rectification of the input voltage before conversion to an output current?
