Your gate amplitudes are really small unless the right hand readout does
not reflect a 10X probe.
The amplitudes I see of 1 V and 2 V is that real ? If so your drive way out of
spec for the mosfets you are using. Whats the processor V ? Also your
scope shots all AC coupled, do them as DC coupled.
