I am trying to build a drone and for that i have to make motor driver circuit and for that i am using IRFZ44n mosfet but they are not working for it.
I want to know that what mosfet i can use in place of SI2032 mosfet for my circuit and if i can go with IRFZ44n than how
I am using node mcu (max voltage3.3 v) for pwm signal.

A) how much voltage and current does your motor need?

B) The IRFZ44n can have a gate threshold voltage can be as high as 4.0, but you would need considerably more voltage into that diode on that is powering your WI-FI module.

motor are of 3.7 v and 3-4 amp current

wifi module needs 3.3v to opertae

1) The graph in the datasheet is for a Mosfet that has "typical" specs. The Mosfet you buy might have completely different minimum or maximum specs.
2) A 3.7V Lithium battery has a weak "storage" charge. It will be 4.2V when fully charged then the motor current and its power will be much higher.
