Mosfet's gate driver easily burnt by my osscillscope

By the way, the circuit can't function (even VS connect to th source of mosfet). Could anyone help to advise what's wrong?

I don't think the X-Y function is what you are looking for. That setting will give pretty lissajous figures if both channels are fed with AC, adn other useful info though.

Look for a button/menu choice labeled "Invert" for channel B and enable it
Next look for a button/menu choice labeled "Add", and enable it.

You should have A+-B, or A-B as a single trace on the screen.
