Hello professionals,

in my project, I have to measure the temperature on MOSFET's in bridge driver in BLDC motor application. Can you please tell me in which way I can do it and How will be the charactristic curve between?

Thanks

That's what my first thought was - attach an LM35 to the MOSFET. Of course that may change the temperature a little.
I have the temperature sensors and display to see the temp readings on all MOSFET's. Can I know how will be the characteristic between? (should be between temp and time or what)

I don't understand what you are asking. You can refer to the data sheet to learn the maximum temperature operating parameters.

Why do you have to measure the temperature? If a FET is too hot to keep your finger on it then it probably needs a bigger heatsink or is being asked to pass too much current.

Hi,

Can you use an IR temperature gun?
I've done that with power resistors. If you dont need super duper accuracy it works.
