I am designing a simple switch using an NMOS. The NMOS P/N is PMV65UNE. The circuit is given below. The spice model of the MOSFET is available here. (In the support section)



I am observing a peaking at the output of the MOSFET. Please see the below image.

May I know How to resolve this issue

 

Does it need to be resolved?
Is a 1MΩ load a realistic model of how the device is to be used?
