I have my flasher circuits built the way I want them. My question is Do you have to put a n-ch on the neg side and a p-ch on the positive to my LED array or is just a n-ch on the neg side all that is needed? Thanks in advance

 

I would use just the N-channel on the negative side. Why do you think you need to control the top side?

 

I just wasn't sure if it needed the topside because of the current load to the arrays. Thank you for such a quick response.

 

After your post I looked at my drawing and realized I had been "over thinking" the arrays. Thanks for your help.
