MOSFET Driver - Vcc=+5v

Hi, would one of these do the job:
LTC1154
TC4420
sn75374
I only have a +5v supply so I gather I require a charge pump.
Supply in NZ seems to be limited........:(

I hope this helps... This is the issue.

What the is on mouser.com that I can possibly use to turn this mosfet on.

from what I see and told it is NOT possible to turn this on with a 5volt rail as needs to be 10V.

CONFUSED>>>????

Have you considered a simple logic level mosfet? Some of them can be driven directly by the MCU with a small gate resistor (200 ohm).

If you need more gate drive than that, you can use a push/pull gate drive with a pair of complementary transistors in a single package to keep it simple.

Hi,

I have looked at this and found a MCP1416 may do the trick for each fet.
I will hook the suppy to the 12V feed this should then turnthe fet on fully.

Any feedback appreciated.:confused:
