Mosfet 8 pin No Name Indicated
This is a hot air soldering tool. Still heats up. The problem is the fan does not work.
This is 2 separate circuits.
1 is the heating, which is ok.
2 is the fan, not working.
The VU1 has dent I think is because it popped (I heard it, then the fan stopped).
I disconnected the fan, connected to a power supply and it works. Diodes, resistors, caps are all good.
Any mosfet experts here who can tell what type this VU1 is?
