I have one doubt, in the pcb layout will the more vias will affect the emi and emc performance.
If yes, how it will affect ?

What do you know about how a via behaves electrically.

 

"More vias" doesn't mean much. More vias where? - in stripline or mircorstrip signal lines, intruding into ground planes, tying multiple surface ground copper to inner layers? What kind of circuitry?
