Same job as other thread but the client needs to have a open status to see if the gate is open. My board only supplies a 24v dc steady across terminal and common when gate is open or opening when gate is closed 24v dc now shuts off......The problem here is the alarm or system the alarm company uses calls for just switch no voltage is there a way I can use this 24v on/off put it through a relay and come out with one pair of dry contacts with no voltage. and can some one here supply mre with a digrm of this..?????

Buy an "ice cube" relay and a mounting base for it. Put your 24V signal on one side of the coil and your circuit ground on the other side of the coil. The "ice cube" is a DPDT relay - two "form C" contact sets.
