I'm a beginner in electronics that's why I find many problems I think use a sa602 chip, to achieve a variable frequency oscillator between 100 and 160 mhz for a humidity sensor with this configuration
Is it the right choice to use the SA602 chip?

That's a difficult combination. Designing and building a circuit to operate at such a high frequency requires some expertise and expensive equipment you likely don't have, such as an oscilloscope. The data sheet for that IC mentions, for instance, special requirements for operation above 100MHz. I think it would be very unlikely for a beginner to build this circuit and have it just work.

Let's back up and talk about your goal, a humidity sensor. How did you arrive at this particular solution?

Do you have details or even better a datasheet on the humidity sensor?
Is there a typical application found in there?
