My project is "Modelling in SPICE of Reverse-Recovery of Diode Elements". I have not talked with my instructor about it. Do you think what the desired thing is for this project ? I want to prestudy before I go to my instructor.

I would think you would want to look at the diode model used in Spice.
A Google search for Spice diode model should give you someplace to start.
