MMIC Identification T1K

Hi All,

I have what I believe to be a MMIC from an LNB with "T1K" on it. The DC power was reversed which caused the RF choke, reverse polarity protection diode and 5V regulator to fail. I have replaced these components and the LNB works but has low P1dB. I am trying to identify this IC but cannot find it online anywhere. Anyone have any ideas? Also, I believe I see small burn holes in the chip as well? Please see attached picture.
