Hello guys,
on chapter 4 Digital Filters on the ideal ADC netlist equation. I do have some questions:
1-we also want to level-shift the input signal so that is referenced to 0 V? is that already done?
2-why shift left by 1/2LSB to the left?

I tried to understand this part but I failed maybe due to my lack of understanding.

 

Can you point us to the entire document. We could guess, but most likely there is a drawing somewhere that will help clarify the reasons for these functions.
