Hello.I have a usb powered dj music controller. The usb dip socket came became loose and in the process removed a surface mount diode. It is a Numark mt3.I am having trouble identifying a replacement for this six pin diode. Thanks. To All. Mike.

 

It is probably a diode array having 2 diodes, cathodes to USB +V, anodes toUSB data lines, and another 2 diodes with their cathodes to the data lines and anodes to Gnd.
It also could hold tranzient diodes, not standard diodes.
These are added to provide over voltage protection for the circuit.

You could get a couple of 400mW 3.6V zeners.

See if you can grow a BZB84-B3V6,215 there. It is a dual zener.

It may be easier to put axial diodes on the bottom of the connector.

Over the years I have used various USB ESD protection diode / zener components. However, it has always been 2 channel data "pass through" types, and this looks like a 4 channel "hook on" type.

Hello. Sorry it took so long to get back to you.Holidays and all. the part that you recommended was about one size too small. I would like to know if this comes in a larger version. It was small enough that almost two legs fit on one pad. What would you recommend. Thanks Mike.
