mini PCIe connect to PCB

Hi guys I'm building a cellular module and all this components come with a chip than requieres a PCB multilayers, but I would like use max 2 layers so I see than the same provider has the chip with mini PCIe, i'm planinng connect the chip to a mini pcie connector and use the pinout for my convinence on my PCB, does it need any extra hardware, clock etc?
