Looking for a recommendation for SILENT mini 1" fan

I'm using a small (about 1") mini fan to cool one of my projects - I think the fan originally cam from a graphics card.
Cooling is working great, but the fan makes a little noise (very little, but it bothers me!). The noise isn't really from the air whooshing or flow, but more from the spinning.

I am already running the 12V fan at 9V using 4 diodes to drop the voltage

Looking for a recommendation for a similar fan that is totally silent.
Fan needs to be frameless (so blades on top, motor & mount on bottom)
12V - 2 Wire

If this is not the best forum for the question, maybe some other recommendations.
Thanks

This is what I'm using now

sorry, no such thing as a silent rotating fan !
Also , so many different fans , that seem to change even if you purchase the same thing again !

ive done a few mini-itx boxs , that we took fan out of, and replaced with much bigger heatsinks and heat pipes, no noise.

alternate is to try adding variable speed fan controler

this the sort of thing you have ?

BTW, the fan you show is bigger than the 1 inch (25mm) of your post !
