I have a Warco mill it’s the smallest one they do WM12 but it’s good enough for what I do I restore antique clocks but recently the motor was getting very hot quite quickly, I converted it to belt drive some time ago & thought rather than wait until I am half way through a job & the motor going poof I would upgrade to a brushless better motor so I could make the parts now & hope the motor lasts until I have finished the machining ( it did ), it’s all up & running but I need to sort out a problem but not being a wiz with electronic stuff I need to do a bit of research my problem is the direction switch works backwards but it has 5 wires the cam direction switch has blue direct from mains to terminal 9 live brown from mains through E stop then to NVR switch then a red comes from NVR switch to terminal 10 then a yellow to T1 white to T3 a red to T4 not sure what to swap, so if there is anybody on here that is good with this sort of electronics any help would be much appreciated, here is a link to the kit I purchased eBay number 127319076961
thanks in advance Dell

There would be the need for a bit of reverse-engineering, if the motor has three commutation sensors then it is most likely BLDC rather than AC 3ph synusoidal control.
The motors are virtually identical

why not post part number of the switch or picture that clearly shows switch label? are you sure this is reversible cam switch and not simply load switch?
this one is reversible

For a BLDC motor it can be trickky without reverse engineering the present connections for a BLDC motor,
Another option would be a new reverse-engraved Lamacoid label, there is usually one outlet in every mall that would do it for under a pound! ;)
