If it is fully functional, sell it! That is not a cheap piece of gear.

Go to an equipment rental site to see if they list a monthly rental price or a purchase price. That will give you some ideas.

Well I did find the exact model that did not sell at $595, so, it is probably a very specialized item and would be hard to find a buyer for.
