I need to build the motorized pinwheel project in proteus. Arduino 328 should be used as seen in the 2nd photo. I will be grateful if you could help me.

 

Do you have a specific question?
Is this part of a larger project? Are you trying to learn about microcontrollers?
If not, it would make sense to just put the switch in series with the motor and battery.
