microcontroller connection with main powers

hi the system that I have consists of a microcontroller (Arduino uno), screen, motors and lamps.
how can power all of them together and connect them to power supply

Are you citing the Opto22 modules?
They are nice, but limited in current rating, also if using them as a replaceable module you need to either use one of the Opto22 distribution boards or custom make the receptacle on a PCT board, which I have actually done in one case.
Also available with 5vdc input.

Washing machine manufacturers routinely do non isolated front panel boards (prohibited on this forum) usually with non isolating buck regulators.

I'd suggest opto couplers for signals and small relays for power switching.

Opto couplers are simple - relays produce back emf when you switch the current off, so the MPU needs protecting - i'd recommend an external buffer transistor even if the MPU is capable of pulling in the relay on its own.
