Hi

I'm looking for an electronic component that could be used to create a small amount of pressure on the skin. Something like a linear actuator, but tiny/micro.
It would need to be small enough to be placed in a grid.

Please let me know of any cool components along these lines..

Thanks
C

You might want to start with the vibrator motor used in telephones and pagers (do they still make pagers?) With a little adaptation it can get you a paddle or just the vibration.

Define "small"...? Not only "small amount of pressure"... But "small enough to be placed in a grid"..

First lesson of Engineering is don't use words like "small", "long", "high", etc... use meaningful numbers/units,etc... ;)
