I am looking for a way to convert a tf sdcard reader port (female) over to USB-A or USB-C female port. Some options I am seeking are perhaps a ribbon cable with male tf on one end and a USB female panel mount on the other, or, some type of "breakout" pcb that plugs into the tf port and then a ribbon cable that plugs into a header on pcb and on other end is USB female panel mount. Or, any combination to make the conversion.

Surely there has to be some IC between the two to do the mux'ing.

Ideas?
