Currently we are working on the above mentioned project. We need a stimulator that would deliver a variable current from 2mA to 80mA. By using 0808 D/A converter we get a max of 2mA at full scale reading. So we need a current amplifier circuit which can amplify the low signal current. Please reply soon

You have not stated the organism that this stimulator will be used on. There are strong concerns about human health and safety will current levels even as high as your 2 milliamps - http://www.circ.ahajournals.org/cgi/content/full/93/4/837. Your stimulating current may be an order of magnitude or so too high.
