U Thread Starter urchik Joined Mar 8, 2007 12 Mar 10, 2007 #3 i need internal two-dimensional configuration ... the circuit itself with the gates, etc. For example, http://www.cellmatrix.com/entryway/products/applications/smallMemory.html is similar to what I need BUT a) I can't hardly see gates, etc in there and b) I need 2 dimensional (the one in the link is linear). Hope you can help.
