do you guys know where I can view a 2 dimensional configuration of a 16X4 memory chip diagram?

 

Are you actually looking for a photomicromicrograph (assuming you mean something like 16 bits X 4096 addresses), or are you looking for the row/column layout? If so, think of a crosspoint switch.

 

i need internal two-dimensional configuration ... the circuit itself with the gates, etc. For example,

is similar to what I need BUT a) I can't hardly see gates, etc in there and b) I need 2 dimensional (the one in the link is linear).

i tried and nothing... i tried typing 16x4 , memory circuit, memory gates...

Yes, memory is organized in larger amounts. try something like 64K. That would be 16 bits by 4096 addresses.

 

tried that, nothing. There's no pictures of a 16x4 memory with gates/etc that is 2 dimensional and internal?

 

can someone help me find a 16x4 linear memory chip construction picture anyone??
