Can you help me about the Mechanism of Energy saving FAN mean how Power Factor concept use in it.thanks plz replay me soon because this is my assignment

 

You put a capacitor in parallel with the fan as to supply the reactive power required by the fan. The capacitor depends on the inductance of the fan's motor. It has to create a tank filter with a resonance frequency the same as the mains frequency.

Connected to every fan mean sample fan has aslo capacitor but i want to know what is the different between sample fan and energy saver fan that it save the energy unlike sample Fan . .replay plz
