I emailed the sensor company and they suggest that i use the following sensor that has a 0-3V DC output.

Split Core Current Transformer SCT010T-D rated input 5A 10A 20A 30A 50 – PowerUC





I belive this could be a better sensor solution, which could connect to singled ADC directly.

 

Reading the link they reflect a 3.0 VDC output which should do fine. The little drawing reflects the bridge rectifier, the burden resistor, a filter cap and a zener diode for overvoltage protection. Yep, should do just fine.

Great, with this sensor, it will be pure plug and play, and will not require any modfiying any PCBs by soldering extra passive components.

I will also order the following
ADC 12 Click (mikroe.com)

And connect to to the i2c of my PCB.

 

Amazing for the cost. Eight channel twelve bit and I2C interface plus the SDK.
