Measure Power Factor - Using Arduino

Hello,

I am doing a project of measuring of Power & Power Factor using Arduino. I have to measure power factor of R & RL load.
I am using ACS-712 current sensor and ZMPT101 voltage sensor and I have calculated the Power but in Power Factor I am confused:

1) What method should I use to calculate Power Factor?
ZCD or (avg/rms power)
2) If ZCD kindly guide me in designing ZCD voltage and current zero cross?
