When I have A+ and A- disconnected from motor and push the start speed the LED light blinks constantly and shows 165 VDC output. When I turn off power and connect A+ and A- to the motor and hit the speed button the motor spins and then stops. The LED is now blinking 4 times and then a pause with 0 VDC. Any suggestions?

 

The only thing I have seen on the 4 blinks fault, is it mentions "The switch is bad, replace board" but could not answer the question as to which "Switch" I think it was a shot in the dark.

I suspect it is either Mosfet or mosfet driver.
Does the LED flash slowly when A+/A- disconnected?
Or is it rapid flash?.

There is no output voltage until panel speed is engaged. Once engaged output is 165VDC with motor disconnected. Pull 8pin plug and voltage slowly goes down to 0.

 

That sounds like a problem at the console end.
