Now wrt your fli flop cct, it doesnt contain a master clock and so may not provide reliable operation under continuous state
The NOR gates are not a flip-flop or a latch and are just performing a logic-function with its states being unambiguous, so requires no clock (indeed there's no where you could use a clock).
Your pseudo-knowledge of digital circuits with you boiler-plate statements about circuit operation is a real problem here.
It rather seems like I am communicating with an AI chatbot.
I have shown my basic requirements, now start from a blank sheet of paper and create a SS relay
And I have shown you a good solution.
If you want a different one, then you can take your arrogant attitude and go elsewhere.
I don't work on demand.

When starting out to design anything to solve a problem, the problem must be clearly stated. You have turned your solution into the problem—a common error. Your problem is not trying to design a break-before-make, completely reliable, MOSFET switch it’s something else, barely revealed by mentioning LiPo batteries.
I have said very clearly i want to be able to switch outputs from LIPO cells. It is well known that these cells can deliver huge fault currents in micro secs under sc conditions. The the SPDT changeover must ensure that there is no overlap under any cases.

What else needs to be said and do I really need this level of patronising rudeness. there is something very suspicious about all this type of negative response. I hope the MODS here are duly noting this activity

Well, it looks like the TS has proven himself beyond any shadow of a doubt,
but as to what that might be, I can't say here.

But I will hazard a guess as to what he thinks he has come up with .........
It's a perfect Buck-Regulator, yeah that's it, that's the ticket !!!

It might surprise you to find out that the trivial requirements of break before make switches are not mysterious to anyone who has tried to interact with you. Nor is the idea that LiPo cells can produce extremely high currents.

The mystery is why you want to switch LiPo cells, in other words, the application for this fragment of a ”solution”.

But, it doesn’t really matter because you’ve managed to double down on your arrogant entitlement one too many times and made yourself pretty much unwelcome.

You can still rescue it, but it seems unlikely you will even try. Too bad.
