LTSpice can simulate naturally phase reversal in op amps?

I am completing a small design where I suspect I could run into phase reversal, for the moment with the CA3140, but could be with any other opamp.

Can LTSpice reproduce the phase reversal?

Specifically, under what conditions are we talking about? For example, exceeding the GBW limit, or the Slew Rate limit.

Exceeding the maximum input voltage. Op amp as a comparator (I know comparators are for this job but this seemed quite not demanding...)

I know the model for the LM339 comparator showed this behavior. I've never tried it with an opamp. My guess is that some will and some won't.
