I think you should be aware that your regulator will have very poor transient response to a change in load. The delaying cap you added also delays the feedback.

It will be feeding a small PM motor which will have a constant load so I don't think that is a concern.

 

Here is the PCB. I have added diodes across the output and across the series pass transistor to protect from motor transients when switching off.
