What is missing in my Circuit ?
I cant figure out why input is peak not peak to peak.

 

Node n001 is at the top of the V1 source, so you are measuring the voltage there with respect to ground. To measure the input peak-to-peak, click and drag the mouse between the top (n001) and bottom (n002) of V1.

Because your source is floating with respect to ground.

Alec_t is correct.

If you probe a single point, the point of measurement will be referenced to ground by default.
If you probe two points, using the click and drag method, then the measurement will be taken between the two selected points.

and my simulation with Proteus, you can build circuit with any simulator.
