Low RFI buck pointers please

I'd like to power a custom project incorporating an ESP32-WROOM-32D module (3.3v) from the 12v house battery on my boat. The house bank doesn't experience the same extremes as the engine start bank; we might expect 11.9 - 15.5V. Power consumption will be 2-300mA. The inefficiency and heat generated by a linear reg would be unacceptable, so I'm looking at a buck.

My big concern is RFI. There are LOTS of radios on a boat (1MHz to 10GHz), most of which are safety-critical. Because the ESP32 module incorporates a WiFi antenna this cannot go into a metal box, so I'm looking to build a relatively quiet buck.

I have no prior experience in building bucks, so am trawling datasheets, but honestly finding it difficult to select the right converter. The LT1777 looks like low-noise, but it's expensive. The LM2575 and MP2584 look popular, but are they quiet enough? The AP63203 looks like it might work?

Could anyone who has experience in this area please give me a pointer? Thanks!
