Circuit Wizard has an Explosion Feature in simulations. It causes the components to explode once they are subjected beyond their limitations. It usually happens when there is something wrong with the circuit.

Interesting feature, but pretty useless unless it tells you why the component exploded (i.e., which limitations were exceeded).

 

Can you post a plot of current through and voltage across the exploding speaker vs time?
