Hello I am restoring an old cars wiring, and would like to the find surface mount with screw terminals for a couple of relays. the original wiring had wires plugged into the relay and would like to make the relays plug in.

surface mount is highly unlikely - did you see the current rating of those puppies?
btw, any reason you don't want relay box? you can buy them at automotive parts, Amazon etc.
relay box
