hello all. I'm looking for some help finding a component to do what I need. Basically I have a 12v circuit that I have been using diodes to control. I have the cathodes twisted together as one output with 2 seperate inputs. Is there a component that will do this for me? It also needs a rating of around 6A. Any help is greatly appreciated

 

I presume you're after two diodes in one package?

Have you considered using half of a bridge rectifier?
