If the time clock output is a closed contact, then use that to switch the relay coil from a 12V power source, such as a wall-wort supply.

Aim is to deactivate the lock on a auto gate while the timer is active, timer has a normally open contact closed while active witch holds the gate open.
Not sure if there will be an issuse sending 12v to these contacts 60-62 or this would work?

Needing to deactivate lock while timer is on as tenants in front unit complaining that gate clicks every time someone exits complex as we have a e-loop on exit witch triggers the lock.
