Hi,
How can adjust Voltage and ampere from LM317 i need i schematic if somebody have it.
I must be run about 1.2-30V maybe 1.5-2 A as much as LM317 can support
Thank you.

Take a look at the data sheet. While the LM317 might handle 1.5A (with a good heat sink and a low voltage drop), and can handle an input high enough to give a 30V output, it can NOT survive an input of 33V, an output of 1.2V, AND a current of 1.5A. The power dissipation by the IC is the voltage drop times the current, for instance a 33V supply dropped to 3V output at 1.5A would require dissipating 45W in the LM317!! It cannot come close to that. Fortunately, it will protect itself but it's not a great idea to rely on that for a design.

You may want to go with an LM350 which is good for 3A maximum.
But you would still have the power dissipation problem that wayneh mentioned.
You would likely need a fan-cooled heatsink, such as used for PC CPU chips along with the TO-3 cased device.

Go for the Lm338k, higher power capability,

if you're wanting a variable voltage and current limit, why not go for the LM2596 buck chip, less power wasted at lower voltages, plenty ready-made ones on ebay.

I have one off these and they are good for small things but i need something more powerful.
Recently i order this DC-DC boost converter(showed in pic) and it work only for 5 min with a 100W led at 32V- 2A and then doesnt turn on anymore.
I need to build a power supply that can handle much more power to run those LEDS.
