My own experiences with things like this has always bee specialty light stores. Retailers specializing only in lighting. Have to agree with Max on this one.

If the goal is to find an exact duplicate you may be out of luck unless you can locate a distributor with"new old stock".
Otherwise, companies like "1000 bulbs" carry a large selection of fixtures, as well as bulbs and tubes. There are other lighting distributors as well.
BUT A WORD OF CAUTION: Once they have your address you will get postings from them at least once a day. Good deals only if it is what you want.
