I am trying to repair my old air conditioning unit, There is a control card: which is very identical to this one:

I would like to know the part number or the specification of the blue filter on the lower right corner of the image.
My filter completely blow up and cannot read the the numbers
Anyone has one of those unit that tell me identify that part ?

The picture hides the filter device markings, which could help provide some information.
Keep in mind that mostly, components do not simply b"low up" for no reason. The filter may simply be a capacitor, or maybe a dual capacitor, shunting the input voltage possibly after that toroid filter inductor nearby.
