Do you mean equipment to manufacture the actual PCB, or for attaching the components or both and in what quantities?

 

PCB Assembly Equipment covers an extremely wide range of possibilities - from $2 tweezers to $100K auto pick and place machines. You will need to narrow it down a LOT before you'll get useful suggestions. Maybe actually say what you want to do.

There are many Chinese suppliers who will make your pcb's for peanuts these days.
I pay £28 for 10 pcb's 10cm by 10cm and that includes 3 days postage from China.
The same pcb's made in the UK would be about 3-4 times that price.
