Hello, please help me acquire a legitimate procure to pay provider. We have been experiencing a delay in payment and delivery of electronic items between our company and suppliers since last year.

I wish I will come to a point of getting a better provider- having fewer inquiries and improving response times. TY

Bank, cheques usually clear next day.
Paypal, if they choose to join it.
Philippine customs may differ.
