I have been looking to find a replacement for this 1W resistor. Could anyone share their findings for one available? It’s a 4 band with what looks like a temperature coefficient of +-250 ppm but I could be wrong

It might even be an inductor, does the PCB label shed any light on that?I have been looking to find a replacement for this 1W resistor. Could anyone share their findings for one available? It’s a 4 band with what looks like a temperature coefficient of +-250 ppm but I could be wrong
If you can look at the pcb markings it will tell you if it's a resistor or inductor, we can't see it in this photo..I’ll take a look when I get to it later.
