I want some suggestion to start work on LED DRIVERS using LM3464 4 string driver with constant current.

Is there a way to isolate the main line from driver and LED to avoid shock without using Transformer to make it less expensive and durable.

 

Don't see how. Your (or your customer's) safety is surely worth the price of a transformer?
